A brand-new development in Auburn, Georgia. I initially worked on a pitch kit to get the developer to want to partner with us. After a successful pitch, I moved forward with creating an entire brand and identity for them. Once a voice was established, I have solely worked on all marketing collateral, including building maps, pocket folders, brochures, eBlasts, and much more.
